Tuscan Asparagus & Tomatoes
- 1 bunch Asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1/2 Cups Whole cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 Cup Tuscan BLENDABELLA
- In a large bowl, toss together asparagus, cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Drizzle over olive oil and toss to coat.
- Spread asparagus and cherry tomatoes on a rimmed baking sheet in an even layer.
- Roast for 10 to 15 minutes until cooked through.
- Top with BLENDABELLA and serve.
