Thai Tilapia



  1. Thaw and dry filets.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet.
  3. Cook tilapia for about 2 – 3 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate, cover to keep warm.
  4. Heat the remaining oil, sauté BLENDABELLA for one minute.
  5. Transfer sautéed BLENDABELLA on top of tilapia and serve with lemon wedges.
