Thai Peanut Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 Cup Thai BLENDABELLA
- 1/2 Cup Creamy peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1/3 Cup Water
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir together ingredients for the peanut sauce. Set aside.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium high heat. Add olive oil to the grill or grill pan. Once hot, add chicken. Grill until browned and cooked through, approximately 3 minutes on each side.
- Remove from heat. Serve immediately with peanut sauce.
