Thai Lettuce Wrap with Hoisin Tofu
Ingredients
- 1 Block tofu cut into strips
- 1/3 Cup Hoisin sauce
- 1/2 Cup Soy sauce
- 1/4 Cup Ginger, minced
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha
- 1 Tbsp Rice vinegar
- 4 Cloves garlic
- As needed Lettuce wraps
- To taste Carrots
- To taste Cucumber
- To taste Purple cabbage
- To taste Avocado
- To taste Bean thread noodles
- 3/4 Cup Coconut Thai BLENDABELLA
Instructions
- Whisk first 8 ingredients together in a bowl for tofu, then marinate the tofu strips in the sauce for an hour.
- Prepare the veggies for the wrap in the meantime.
- Soak the bean thread noodles in boiling water then strain and set aside.
- Grill or fry the tofu in a pan on medium-high heat after marinating. About 4 minutes each side. Set aside with the other prepared veggies and noodles.
- Lay out a Lettuce leaf and build your wrap. Drizzle with peanut sauce and cilantro leaves for extra flavor!
