Tuscan BLENDABELLA Stuffed Button Mushrooms
- 1/2 Cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan
- 1 Cup Tuscan BLENDABELLA
- 2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 28 Large White button mushrooms, stemmed
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, stir together breadcrumbs, parmesan and BLENDABELLA.
- Add mushrooms to a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle mushrooms with 1 Tbsp olive oil.
- Spoon filling into the mushrooms. Drizzle 1 Tbsp olive oil over the top.
- Bake 25 minutes. Serve warm.
