- 1 lb Tilapia fillets
- To taste Salt and pepper
- 2 Tablespoon Olive oil, separated
- To taste Thai BLENDABELLA
- 1 Lemon, wedged for garnish
- Thaw and dry filets.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet.
- Cook tilapia for about 2 – 3 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate, cover to keep warm.
- Heat the remaining oil, sauté BLENDABELLA for one minute.
- Transfer sautéed BLENDABELLA on top of tilapia and serve with lemon wedges.
