Mushroom Smashed Potatoes

This is honestly my favorite way to eat potatoes…I mean I love mashed potatoes but these smashed potatoes are soooo good! And the secret ingredient is BLENDABELLA. Giorgio’s BLENDABELLA combines many of the benefits of our fresh, quality mushrooms and delivers them in three regional flavor options:  Zesty Mexican, Coconut Thai, and Rustic Tuscan. The smell alone makes we want to eat this right out of the jar!  This recipe is quick and easy to make with only a few ingredients.
